        1. Cancellation Policy
        
        Before Project Initiation:
        
            - Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund available (minus payment gateway charges)
 
            - After 24 hours but before work starts: 80% refund
 
        
        After Project Initiation:
        
            - Work in progress (0-25% complete): 50% refund
 
            - Work in progress (25-50% complete): 25% refund
 
            - Work more than 50% complete: No refund
 
        
        2. Refund Eligibility
        Refunds are available in the following cases:
        
            - Project not started within agreed timeline (without valid reason)
 
            - Significant deviation from agreed requirements
 
            - Technical impossibility discovered after payment
 
            - Service quality does not meet professional standards
 
            - Duplicate payment made by error
 
        
        3. Non-Refundable Situations
        Refunds will NOT be provided in these cases:
        
            - Change of mind after project initiation
 
            - Failure to provide required information or feedback
 
            - Academic consequences or grade dissatisfaction
 
            - Deadline missed due to client delays
 
            - Project completed as per agreed specifications
 
            - Third-party service costs already incurred
 
        
        4. Refund Process
        To request a refund:

                    - Order ID / Payment ID
 
                    - Reason for refund request
 
                    - Supporting documentation (if applicable)
 
                
             
            - Our team will review within 2-3 business days
 
            - If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
 
            - Refund credited to original payment method
 
        
        5. Refund Timeline
        
            - Review: 2-3 business days
 
            - Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
 
            - Bank credit: Additional 5-10 business days (depends on bank)
 
        
        6. Partial Refunds
        Partial refunds may be issued for:
        
            - Partially completed work
 
            - Scope reduction by mutual agreement
 
            - Service quality issues (case-by-case basis)
 
        
        7. Payment Gateway Charges
        
            - Razorpay charges (2-3%) are non-refundable
 
            - Deducted from refund amount
 
            - Example: ₹1000 payment → ₹970-980 refund (after gateway charges)
 
        
        8. Project Modifications
        Instead of cancellation, consider:
        
            - Scope adjustment: Modify requirements to fit budget
 
            - Timeline extension: Additional time if needed
 
            - Partial delivery: Deliver completed portions
 
        
        9. Dispute Resolution
        If you're unsatisfied:
        
            - Contact us immediately at dev100x.connect@gmail.com
 
            - We'll schedule a call to understand concerns
 
            - Attempt resolution through revision or adjustment
 
            - If unresolved, refund request will be evaluated
 
        
        10. Force Majeure
        No refunds for delays caused by:
        
            - Natural disasters
 
            - Government restrictions
 
            - Internet/power outages
 
            - Other events beyond our control
 
        
        In such cases, timeline will be extended accordingly.
        11. Quality Guarantee
        We guarantee:
        
            - Professional code quality
 
            - Working functionality as per requirements
 
            - Complete documentation
 
            - Post-delivery support (as per package)
 
        
        12. Refund Exceptions
        Special cases handled individually:
        
            - Medical emergencies
 
            - Family emergencies
 
            - Unforeseen circumstances
