We strive to meet deadlines but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
Regular updates provided throughout development
Final delivery includes source code, documentation, and deployment guide

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

You receive full rights to the delivered project code
We retain the right to showcase project concepts (anonymized) in our portfolio
Third-party libraries and frameworks retain their original licenses

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of:

Your project details and requirements
Personal information and academic details
Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay)

8. Limitation of Liability

Dev100x is not liable for:

Academic consequences of project submission
Misuse of delivered projects
Third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, etc.)
Indirect or consequential damages

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
